How does this system prioritize inclusivity?

Answer

The current voting system does not do enough to enable every citizen to vote, and disproportionately makes it difficult for marginalized and disenfranchised communities to vote. 100% Mass's proposed vote by mail system maximizes inclusivity. Everyone will receive a ballot in the mail to fill out when and where they wish at a time of their convenience. This will enable citizens who may have previously forgone voting to have their voices heard. Citizens who do not have a registered residence will not be excluded by this system. Anybody registered to vote will be able to receive a ballot at their local voting commission in person, fill it out when is most convenient, and either return it to the office or put the prepaid envelope in any mailbox.
